We are a State of Ohio Construction Industry Licensing Board (OCILB) approved Training Agency.

  Specializing in the National Electrical Code, serving the needs of licensed (Electrical, HVAC, Hydronic, Plumbing and Refrigeration) contractors for over 35 years.  Our goal is to ensure that professionals in the construction industry are updated on the latest regulations, techniques and adopted building codes in Ohio.  

Our intent is a simple one, to provide useful information and quality continuing educational classes at a fair cost, for all attendees.

Staff Experience

Our education director is Rebecca Labriola, who has extensive Building Department experience, having been employed by a local Building Department for over eleven years.  She has a good understanding of the overall operation, policy development and procedures of Building Departments.

Our instructor has been in the electrical construction industry for over 47 years.  He carries multiple Ohio Board of Building Standards (OBBS) and International Code Council (ICC) Certifications.
